Movies to Watch
Some time back there was a flurry of activity about a movie called The Secret. It claims to contain information used by sages and successful people down through the ages and to be informative of a way of thought that those ‘in control’ don’t want us to know. It is available now to download from such sites as www.torrentz.com as a movie, an audio book and even as a hemisync track.
The hemisync track uses binaural beats to get your brain into alpha mode while the message of The Secret is talked about. The idea is to have it almost like hypnosis so the message gets in.

Powaqqatsi and Koyaanisqatsi are movies by Godrey Reggio which tend to defy categorization. They stand, I guess, as works of Art rather than Hollywood style movies. Koyaanisqatsi is a movie with environmental themes, set up music and evocatively filmed. Powaqqatsi is more about human elements, showing how technology has affected the developing world. Unless Arnie is your god, recommended viewing.
A movie to make you think, although you may not end up doing so in the manner hoped for by the producer, is Esoteric Agenda. It’s on YouTube but there’s also a download available in the torrent format. Covering the gamut of alternative explanations for our modern world, it is probably a little shy on detailed evidence, but it all meshes together well.
Michael Morre’s Sicko is also a very good movie to watch. Before coming to Australia I, like many (most?) Americans, thought the US medical system to be among the best in the world. Introduction to medical practitioners who care about the patient and listen to what they say and respond to that, rather than diagnose on the quality of your insurance coverage was a bit of a shock.
Sicko is another such shock. Moore goes exploring the medical system, using (among others) some of the heroes of 911 as subject matter, to see just how good the US system is compared to the rest of the world. A must watch movie.
All of these and much, much, more are available on the Internet. They come in a variety of formats and occasionally you’ll need a translation program to decompress the file and you may need to get the DivX codec or something like the Xvid one to view the files.
