Hello computer a.k.a. “confuser” users…

by Kim

Welcome! I am here to help you in any way that I can - over the Internet, that is. I own my own computer repair & training biz so I see it all! It is called Your Computer Tutor, located in Wisconsin.

***No question is “stupid” or “off limits”. If you need a professional repair person, I will direct you to one in your area. If I can help you over the Internet, I will! If you just want to vent, you can do that, too! I pride myself on using computer jargon to a minimum and explaining and setting things up so you can actually use them.

There’s also a great deal more you can do with your computer than you realize. It can actually make your life better! I will be discussing various ways of that as well as posting tutorials for software that people use the most.

I haven’t had a whole lot of experience with Windows Vista yet, but here’s a link if you are struggling:

This is a microsoft site, so if this is above your comfort level, please post or email me and I’m happy to send you somewhere else.

So, let me know what’s on your mind. I really like a lot of interaction from my readers, you help each other and I learn from you as well. Nothing surprises me!

Haven’t done Unix/Linux in years. This is a more general forum about what you can do with your PC, how it affects your life, etc. Sorry!
